Our cuisine hails from the province of Schezuan and the city of Chong Qing. With a variety of chili peppers, at least 20 different kinds and using Chinese medicinal herbs promoting longevity and good health. The tradition of the dry hot pot is all about bringing family and friends together to experience the joy of cooking and the love of sharing food with each other.

We are the first restaurant from Chong Qing in Manhattan! And we provide our clients with the most authentic and easy way to enjoy Chinese food.

We offer 50 different ingredients to choose from and create your own meal. The original dry hot pot has no broth, more like a stir fry.

We also offer traditional Chinese grilled fish, our clients being able to choose our fresh fish from our fish tank!

108, named after our street was established in 2017. Our sister restaurant in Brooklyn has been around for over 10 years, and our recipes are authentic and passed down from one generation to another.
